I second Sara Eizen ’s rec or Shannon Garbaccio - she’s amazing both for our personal family photos as well as our professional headshot.

I'm specifically looking for someone who has experience taking professional head shots for kids (for casting call submissions). I checked the three Ted, Jennifer and Sara recommended and none have anything on their sites talking about kid head shots for casting calls as far as I can tell.

Can anyone help with this? I know Seattle is NOT a market for this stuff...

Danielle Barnum is well known for doing portfolio headshots. I personally have never used her, but she features children in her headshot gallery. You also may want to contact Shannon Garbaccio, she is terrific with children and might have an idea of what the parameters are. If not, she is very involved in the photography community and might be able to point you towards someone who may be able to help you. Hope this helps.

While not headshot specific, I absolutely LOVE Sparkfly Photography - they specialize in kids photography and headshots, so I bet a combo would work wonderfully! Dan and Stacia are just amazing humans as well.

Thanks for all the recommendations, and following up. We ended up going with Susan Doupé in Greenwood after my daughter saw the shots on her website. We did the shoot last weekend and were really happy with the process, we shot outside and Susan was very patient and supportive and would recommend. susandoupe.com (I didn't see a profile for Susan on here)
