Help with pear rust. Arborist?

Hi,
We have two pear trees in front of our house. Apparently they have “pear rust”. Our research says we should have done something in April. We didn’t. Now we are trying to figure out what to do. Potentially it is manually removing all the infected leaves? But we really don’t know.

Anyone else have experience with pear rust and/or recommendations on who to hire to fix the problem?
