I've been a little obsessed with Alden's Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, they stock it at Whole Foods. It's a creamy, delicious vanilla that combines perfectly with any flavour cone or topping you desire. So good!
I will never ever forget the experience in the South of France going down a remote country road lined with giant trees and pulling up to a sweet little ice cream café overlooking the Luberon Valley. The flavors were unreal and many of them herbal, but my favorite and the one I went back for again and again was the Rum Raisin. I KNOW! What an unusual flavor to go crazy over, but you have to believe me. The raisins were plump and juicy, saturated with a splash of rum.
