Insulation and vapor barrier contractor

I need to get the insulation and vapor barrier repaired in my new house. Does anyone have experience with this and know of a good place to start for getting someone out to get it done? I assume this is a specialist task and not a general contractor.

I had this done once, years ago. I used a dedicated insulation company and it was pretty cheap. I think the work was completed in a day. They might've wrapped my pipes at the same time... Calling Steven Chayer with more questions :)
