I agree with Valerie S, I live 10 minutes from the Queen Creek Olive Mill. They have so many variations and it's so fun to go in and taste test.

I’ve ordered from Temecula olive oil company- love the rosemary and blood orange, and baker and olive-favorites are Tuscan herb and Meyer lemon. Both companies are in the San Diego area and ship.

I used to do this Steve Dossick. It's fun to create your own combos that work with your palate. You can create even more variations by going from a lighter to a heavier tasting plain oil as well. Lots of options!
