Recommendation - Gardener and Sprinkler System Fixer

We have a sprinkler system which was put in about 12 years ago with a yard make-over by previous owners. One side seems to work fine, the other doesn't. I'm convinced there is a break and would love to have someone come to fix it. Our gardner as also moved and we'd love to find someone to come for clean-up and maintenance of a small front yard in the Mount Baker neighborhood in Seattle. Recommendations? Thanks!
