Hi Dakota, so many. One I use often, for the grocery lists and because the recipes are always so tasty. Eat To Live, Joel Furhman. I love pictures with my cook books and you won't be disappointed. The premise behind Dr. Furhman's recipes are reducing inflammation through healthy eating to cure disease and correct body metabolism.
I can recommend this beautiful book! I'm a huge fan of the original Silver Spoon, the essential Italian cookbook. I was delighted to find out there is now a veggie version, The Vegetarian Silver Spoon! Great photos and recipe ideas.
I love "Thug Kitchen"! Lots of delicious recipes. However, be warned they swear a lot. If you don't like bad language this is not the cookbook for you. Didn't bother me though!
Any of the Thug Kitchen cookbooks are awesome - there is swearing in them but I myself find how they do it extremely funny and not offensive at all. You can get them on Amazon.
Yes! Love the book, 'How to Cook Everything Vegetarian" by Mark Bittman. It's a vegetarian's bible! Also, 'Vegetarian for Beginners' by Maya Perry is a good one.
This is vegetarian, but also raw if that ever interests you. The recipes are really easy and don't require strange equipment. I had a few other raw "cook" books in the past, and my husband would always ask if a meal came from the "good" cookbook, or a "bad" cookbook. This one was the good one! Her no-tuna salad was a favorite.
If you like Korean food, there is new amazing book coming up by Korean Vegan under the same title. The author has amazing recipes. You can find her on Instagram and Tik Tok too!
