Carly Kiser - We used Seattle Tile Company for our remodel project. Their sales team was design oriented, respectful of budgets, creative with suggestions and patient when I changed my mind. They also worked very well with my contractor and the ordering process.

Kate Leroux - Our shower's pebble tile floor had a small depression that was collecting water. As new homeowners, we wanted to find a tile & grout expert (instead of a general handyperson), since the wrong repair could end up being even more expensive.

Dan came out to inspect the problem, carefully explaining everything he noticed and the possible fixes. He gave a very reasonable estimate to fix it (which he kept to) and scheduled a time to do the work a week later. The fixes were done expertly with attention to detail, and accompanied by explanations and ongoing care instructions. He even inspected and fixed minor issues in our other bathroom.

It's rare to find a service provider as careful, competent, and focused on the customer as Dan. We consider ourselves lucky to have found him and will definitely call him next time we have a need!
