Jim and his team are incredibly responsive and professional and the quality of their work is top notch.

Jim Gordon and his team (which includes his sons, I think) from J & R Glass are great! They have helped us with two window repair projects. They work quickly, present affordable options, and are well-connected with suppliers. Most recently, they came to our house on a Sunday after a yard worker accidentally shattered a French door pane on a Saturday. They took out the shattered glass, left us with the intact single pane, and returned five days later with a new double-pane replacement. They are so easy to work with and really nice guys.
