I use Dove dandruff 2 times a week and wash with a clarifying shampoo the other times. Great for dry scalp.

Suzanne Joffrion - I don't know if Dove is sulfate free or not, but that is what I recommend is a Sulfate-free, Phthlate free, paraben free shampoo and conditioner
