I have a difficult time with sleep, but this pillow has been a game changer. The fill is a medium firm blend of memory foam and microfiber. It is the perfect balance between comfort and support. It comes with extra fill if you prefer more firmness and you have the ability to take as much out as you see fit. It took a few days to figure out what works for me, but I love it so much!

Victoria Grinde I am going to need to check these out! I feel like I have spent so much money on pillows over the years that I’m at my wits end. I’m terrible with sleep and am willing to try anything! Adding to wish list!
