I'm a long-time runner and my feet are starting to get worn down. Someone suggested that I try these out to help strengthen the muscles in my toes and to help with some bunion soreness. I actually can't believe the difference. I wear them for 15-30 minutes after my runs. They were sore the first couple of times I tried them, but after a couple of days my feet feel pretty good. I think they might actually work...stay tuned.
