They painted the exterior of a 4-plex, doing the prep work in March '20 just before lockdown and finishing after construction was allowed to resume. Nik and crew were very communicative. Workers were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. The carpentry crew took a little longer to do the repairs than expected and ended up finishing after the painting was done.
