Seattle Area Feline Rescue is a fantastic org. It’s a hard thing to socialize feral and wild cats and they do it. Pairing and bonding kittens helps. I adopted 3 kitties from them in August (Princess Leia, Kylo Skywalker, and Rey Palpatine - don’t @ me) and they are the most chill, loving, and friendly critters I’ve ever been the servant of.

Also I love that they have a “pet pantry goodwill” thing going, where you can drop off food, litter boxes, carriers, and other stuff outside for people who need things. I left a couple cases of special (and costly) kidney diet food when my previous cat died, and it helped me feel better to know that some other human and feline would benefit from it.

They care about cats! I found my best friend there.

About Seattle Area Feline Rescue

Seattle Area Feline Rescue is a no-kill and non-profit shelter that takes in homeless cats and kittens, gives them care, and finds them loving homes. They are currently offering contact-less options through their website. Cat bios and videos will be available on nights when there are cats to be adopted and a waitlist for that cat will be opened.

Visit Seattle Area Feline Rescue's website for information on available cats and the adoption process.
