Shane Company

I've been a customer of Shane Co ever since my now husband proposed. They've taken care of us through the engagement ring, wedding and anniversary bands as well as other jewelry purchases. They are always so friendly and the sales staff isn't commissioned so there's never any pressure. Their warranty and purchase protections provide such a wonderful peace of mind - I know if I ever lose a stone on my ring, they will replace it. They inspect and clean twice a year and fix anything they find for free. Last time I was there I wanted to get a pair of daily-wear studs but wanted to switch out the backs to be twist-off which they did for free as well as shipped them to me so I didn't have to drive back up.
