We love our local Umpqua bank! Kelsey, the manager, helps us keep everything on track and gives our company the extra personal touch. They also have cookies on Friday... which means I always do my banking on Fridays! They are truly the West Seattle's friendliest bank

The SLU branch has a few great meeting rooms that customers can book for free. Karin is always helpful and friendly. It feels like a neighborhood bank.
