I've banked with BECU while living in 12 countries and 4 states. Never had a problem they couldn't resolve immediately. Their app is extremely helpful!

Local. Easy to use mobile app. Refunds service fees when you use other banks ATM. Great interest rates in checking and savings accounts and if you have kids the kid savings rate is crazy good.

Good mobile and online tools. Hardly ever need to visit a branch

Duh. They're awesome.

I like this Credit Union and prefer it to a big bank. I am not able to fully transition to BECU because Chase website is better - and I'm lazy.

Solid bank. Good customer service, low costs, fair, and much less evil than the big boys.

I use BECU because they aren't criminals. Their ads are true, they treat you like a human. I have never had any problems with them, they are always kind, and they refund my fees at ATMs, I can't remember why, but that is a plus.

I love this bank. Plus, they re-imburse pulling money from other ATMs.
