What is your favorite summertime snack?

We love a plant based charcuterie board chalk full of fruits, veggies and hummus from our friends @board_oh_!

Smoothies, strawberries, and yogurt (vanilla) are my go to for all year, but Summer especially because strawberries are in season and taste like candy! Lol

Anything cool and refreshing, including lots of fruit. We like experimenting with different flavors of homemade popsicles.

My personal favorite or organic watermelon, cut in chunks, seasoned with a sprinkle of kosher or pink Himalayan sea salt and a hearty squeeze of fresh lime! I sometimes eat this (exclusively) for lunch or dinner.

Frozen Grapes are amazing - especially on a hot night!

I'll chop up frozen strawberries in a blender then mix in some chia seeds (and maybe almond milk for consistency) for a cold pudding-like strawberry snack.

Quick pickled veggies - our favorites are cauliflower, carrots, onions, and jalapenos. Can make in a jiff and the leftovers are great on salads and sandwiches for up to a week after.
