Honestly, Made in Washington is the BEST place place for this. They have pre-made gift boxes or you can make your own. I think they also have flat rate shipping for the holidays.

Sip n Ship does local gift baskets and ships them as well! Diana and her family have been a stable presence and cheerleader in our community a long time now. Love them big time!
