I’ve had a great experience finding quick help moving furniture and doing goodwill runs with Dolly. They connected me to guys with trucks who were on time and professional. Will be using them again in the future.

If you want to move a couch or a few things, or just move stuff in your house from one floor to another this is the service to use. They will even take your stuff to goodwill.

I scheduled a Dolly to come disassemble some furniture and take it to a donation location. As of the day of the service - and all the way up until the end of the service window -- customer service told me they were still trying to find "helpers" to do the job. (I had to reach out to CS to get this information -- no one contacted me, nor was I alerted in the app). The customer service rep was cagey and almost rude, insisting they were "looking," but avoiding my question as to whether I should make other arrangements. By the end of the service window, they finally said they found 1 of the 2 people I requested, but the CS agent did not provide a revised ETA or any other information, and would not call me to discuss. I lost faith at that point that they would come through, so I cancelled the Dolly and made other arrangements. Big fail.
