I have been a client at Laughing Buddha (formally Damask Tattoo) for several years. I love the shop for many reasons. Always friendly and professional staff. Very clean, their covid guidelines are above and beyond amazing. I recently had a four plus hour appointment at their new location. I parked at a reasonably priced nearby pay lot. Very easy and there are plenty of two and four hour spots close to the shop as well if your appointment is not as long.
Laura Exley has been my go to artist. Her work is stunning. I'm always amazed how her artwork transpires to skin! Check out their website because all of the artists are very skilled. I highly recommend Laughing Buddha!

Thomas is an exceptional tattoo artist. He listened to my vague idea, spent an hour with me to come up with a sketch that I loved, and then did a diligent, meticulous, beautiful job on the tattoo. Go see him!
About Laughing Buddha Seattle
Consultation
Please bring a picture of the design that you would like to get tattooed to your consultation (or attach a picture along with your email). Call to book a consultation. No walk-ins allowed during Covid-19.
Tattoo Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old. (It is illegal in the state of Washington to tattoo a minor, even with parental consent.)
- You must bring a VALID government-issued photo ID, Permit or Passport. (We can not take expired IDs, IDs that do not have a photo or military IDs.)
- You must eat within 4 hours prior to receiving your tattoo. It might be a good idea to bring a small snack and water.
- You must not consume alcohol or drugs (including aspirin or ibuprofen) within 24 hours of your appointment.
Piercing
- Piercing prices vary on the piercing you want and the jewelry you pick out.
- All jewelry must be purchased at the time of piercing according to regulations and guidelines.
- No piercings are being offered under the mask at this time.
