Things to Know

  • There are no stairs, but there is a short and somewhat steep slope up to the front door. The team at Two Birds is ready to help anyone who needs assistance.

  • Scheduling and deposits are done over the phone; if you're unable to speak on the phone please use a consult form (available on website).

  • Due to health and safety laws, emotional support animals (ESAs) cannot leave the front waiting area. Service animals are welcome if needed. Animals may not be left unattended.

Consultation

  • If you need a custom drawing done, you'll need to schedule a consultation. This is a free, 30-minute appointment where you'll meet with the artist of your choice and discuss your ideas and plans for your tattoo. It is a good idea to bring drawings, sketches, photographs, notes, etc. to help illustrate your ideas.

Deposits

  • If you and the artist both decide to go forward and start working on a drawing, you will be required to pay a draw fee and/or a deposit. These fees are non-refundable. The draw fee pays for the time the artist takes to complete your drawing, and ranges from $20-$100 depending on the size and complexity of the drawing.

  • The deposit holds your appointment and is applied to your bill for the tattoo. It is not refundable under any circumstance, but you are allowed to reschedule your appointment if needed (48 hours advanced notice). If you fail to reschedule your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

  • All major credit cards are accepted and touchless systems like Venmo and Paypal are encouraged. Checks are not accepted.
