While we frequented Junebaby and Salare prior to COVID, now more than ever we appreciate the entire team's ability to pivot. In addition to providing gourmet meals for takeout (which is no easy task), he committed to supporting his peers and community by temporarily converting Salare into a relief center for restaurant workers when it was needed most. While JuneBaby's menu is southern, Edouardo's roots are deeply grounded right here in NE Seattle.⁠
