SODO Vision is an independent eye care provider, located inside the 4th Ave Costco in Seattle. No Costco membership is required to use exam services.

Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm (Lunch 2pm - 3pm)
Saturday: 9:30am - 5pm (Lunch 1pm - 2pm)
Sunday: Closed

Services

• Routine Wellness Exam- 20-45 minute routine eye exam that evaluates your eyes and provide accurate prescription glasses.
• Contact Lens Exam - A contact lens exam includes a routine wellness exam and an evaluation to determine contact lens prescriptions.
• Optos Retina Scan -a scan provides the doctor with a photographic screening of the eyes' health. It screens for glaucoma, macular, degeneration, diabetic and hypertensive eye pathologies, and malignant melanomas and more.

*Medical Office Visits -Office visits allow the doctors to properly treat common eye problems such as red eyes, flashes, foreign bodies, or other complex problems.

What to Bring

• Bring your most recent glasses and contacts lens prescriptions.

• You may have your eyes dilated so bring someone to drive if you are concerned.
