Best Seattle Real Estate Pros

  • 1. Dolly
    901 Fifth Avenue, 901 5th Ave 600, Seattle • Downtown
Omar Shahine - If you want to move a couch or a few things, or just move stuff in your house from one floor to another this is the service to use. They will even take your stuff to goodwill.
Shauna Swerland Youssefnia - we used dolly to move stuff from my house to my office- organized, easy
Mike Fridgen - Incredible value for the money. I’ve used the service several times and each time I’m wow’d by quality of people/movers.
  • 903 N 128th St, Seattle • Maple Leaf
Steve Banfield - Had a great experience with them. When the truck and crew they sent turned out to be just too small they were able to bring another couple of guys over to finish the job on time. They busted their ass getting it all done in the rain while being as nice and professional as you could possibly ask for. The whole process was top notch.
Pepper's Personal Assistants - Pricey but great experience
Dawn Zedonis - Incredible experience. Fantastic communication leading up to move, flexible and understanding when we hit a snag in our moving date. Team was early and ready to work!

Andrew Bohrer - Really easy to work with, this group got what I was looking for and figured it out fast. They kept me up on everything new coming online and I never felt like they threw me any misses.
Michelle Goldberg - Edward is great- has been in the market a long time, is so smart and helpful and responsive. He will help you buy or sell at the right price with integrity.
Kevin Nakao - Many years ago when I asked my father (a commercial real estate developer) who the best residential agent was, he recommended Edward. I sold my first and last house with him. He is wicked smart (Brown Undergraduate) and it shows when he does his comparative market analysis using both data and insights. He optimizes and negotiates for the best result versus the easiest for an agent. His keen eye for design and style also helps prep a place for sale.

Shannon Garbaccio - Cassie and Jeremey are incredible at their job. They are a perfect yin and yang mix of skill sets putting you at a distinct advantage when look for and purchasing a home. They have vision, they have skill and they have personality! They make your home buying experience seamless and are fun to boot.
Jessica Walker Beaumont - Cassie and Jeremey are fantastic to work with. They listened to and understood our unique priorities as we set out to find a home that could be retrofitted to meet our ambitious energy efficiency goals. Together with their different and complimenting talents, we felt like we are in excellent hands. Cassie with her vision and instinct and Jeremey with his steady objective data-driven approach - they collaborated to create an offer strategy that worked. They went the extra mile to meet us at the house whenever we needed before we closed so we could hit the ground running. We can't recommend them enough!
Matt Thomlinson - My wife and I have worked with Jeremey and Cassie on multiple purchases and sales. They're always very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. This purchase we were out of country so they went above and beyond helping with atypical things.
  • 747 S Monroe St, Seattle • South Park
Liz Pearce - Had the same experience as @Bryan - solid job overall, pleasant folks to deal during what is normally a stressful and arduous process.
Mary Haggard - I'll add another thumbs up review for these guys. Very professional, hard working, and everything made it to the new house in great shape.
Bryan Copley - came out to measure the space before the move. showed up on time, three guys, all presentable and easy to talk to. they explained how the move would be handled, got to work, and did a meticulous job taking things from my old place to the new one without damaging anything. went through the bill with me at the end, charged within the range we discussed, and followed up to see if everything went well. all this right before Christmas. Recommended!

Melinda Lane - Since I found Kelly via FRESH CHALK (!) I have been excited to recommend her to anyone seeking an agent, especially if you are in South/West Seattle, which has been her focus for over nine years.

Our experience with Kelly was excellent. She helped us identify what we could do to get the price we wanted, project managed getting the work done, and the service people she referred—from painting to carpeting to odd jobs—were all top notch. She was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process, which was particularly challenging sale because of Covid. Just two days before we planned to list we got word of the lockdown: there could be no open houses or walk throughs for the indefinite future. Half an hour later they announced the West Seattle bridge had been closed. Selling our West Seattle home felt nearly impossible.

Kelly managed our anxiety through all of this with professionalism and a positive attitude. She was realistic and grounded but steadfast in her determination to get our house sold. As soon as the restrictions around home tours eased, Kelly advised us to list. And our house sold, for more than asking, in TWO DAYS!

When the first-time buyers had cold feet just six days before closing, Kelly showed up for that, too—a true embodiment of grace under fire. By working with the buyer’s agent she was able to get things back on track, and we ended up closing five days earlier than initially planned.

Kelly is absolutely the person you want next to you as you wade into the real estate market. Thank you FRESH CHALK for helping us make this connection!
Kristen Lundstrom - Kelly is amazing! She is responsive, caring, and determined. Her energy is infectious and she GETS THE JOB DONE!
Jody Jones - Kelly is real, down to earth, warm and listens. I worked with her on two transactions (purchase and sale) and I would say that she excels in both arenas.
I would not hesitate to use her for your next real estate transaction!!
  • 915 S 96th St, Seattle • Ravenna

  • 1200 Westlake Ave N 801, Seattle • Westlake
Ryan Bruss - I'm using Petros for a home I'm buying in Redmond. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The rates were very competitive when shopping around. Petros and his team have been very responsive and usually reach out to me with updates before I even ask. I've been extremely happy with the experience.
Sarah Bird - Creative, clear, fast. Great experience.
  • 6910 Roosevelt Way NE 106, Seattle • Ravenna
Kirby Winfield - Mike runs a very tight ship here: super reliable movers, stand up guy, neighborhood family, has worked for a who's who of local athletes and luminaries. Highly recommend!
Steve Dossick - Did a great job moving us between two old houses with lots of delicate details. Super careful and professional work.

Meredith Fife I have heard great things about HiveBoxx. Eco-friendly too!
Amy Woidtke One Nation and Reliable Moving are both woman-owned. I have not worked with them so I cant vouch for them. Its a start for you at least!
Shenoa Lawrence HiveBoxx is jointly owned by a husband and wife team if I recall correctly. I used them for the drop off and pickup of their moving boxes, and the entire thing went smooth. However, I don't believe they do the actually moving, that's something you'd need handled elsewhere.

Snezana Popovic Sadly, I am the landlord in this case.
Cassie Walker Johnson HI Snezana - I would definitely recommend Randy Redford with Puckett & Redford. As a property manager for 9 years, he was our go to legal source for all things Landlord related. Good luck!
Snezana Popovic Thanks, Cassie. I will definitely check Randy out.
