They're a great combination of excellent service and totally reasonable prices. I've taken area rugs to be cleaned and repaired, and they did a great job. The white wool rug had a stain they were able to completely remove. The other rug had an edge seam that had started to unravel, and they were able to repair it. I found out the reason their prices are so great - a lot of other area rug cleaners outsource their work to DA Burns. So yeah, this is the place to go to.

They were awesome. Did great work for a pretty reasonable price. Sent some sofa cushions for dog urine and they came back looking and smelling brand new.
