Conner Prairie Museum

Conner Prairie is a unique living history museum that allows visitors to explore and discover what living in Indiana during several different time periods would have been like. Plus it includes experiences for nature lovers and many opportunities for people who love to create. This outdoor museum includes Prairie Town set in 1836, Civil War Journey set in 1863, Lenape Indian Camp, a farm animal experience, a treetop outpost, a balloon voyage plus much, much more! Conner Prairie offers indoor activities as well for when the weather does not allow you to enjoy their outdoor areas. If you are in central Indiana it is well worth a visit. It is my families favorite spot to spend the day!
